The Baking Cafe sells mainly food items, we cannot accept returns
Please check your order against the delivery note at the time of delivery. Where possible please notify the delivery driver if you think the order is incomplete or the product is in a damaged condition. Once you have signed to accept the delivery we cannot accept any claims for damaged or missing products.
However, if the shipment arrives at their destination incomplete or a product is in a damaged condition, we will arrange for a replacement if it’s damaged and the balance of order fulfilled if the order was incomplete. This delivery will be sent out free of charge.
Where there is a quality issue please contact us at 65-BREAD or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Subject to our report on the claim we will, if applicable, either refund the price you paid for the products, or with discretion, provide you with a credit for further/other products. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
RETURNS POLICY FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE
The Baking Cafe cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Note: Alterations to orders will be at the discretion of The Baking Cafe Management.
All online orders must be paid in advance in full before the order is delivered.
