This is another traditional treat that coffee or tea sips great with. As the name says it takes no particular shape but the one that is “dropped” from spoon unto baking tray. Loaded with fresh grated coconut and raisins, this cake like mixture is crispy on the outside and goes a bit soft on the inside. This treat is glazed with a sweet sauce and cherry on top.
